Can I Lose My Cellulite?

Cellulite is the dimply areas of skin that can mostly be found on the buttocks, stomach and thighs.
It is caused by enlarged packets of body fat that push up against the underlying connective tissue, because packets of fat are uneven dimples form on the skin.
Over 80% of women over the age of 20 develop cellulite at some point in their lives. Although men can get cellulite, 90-98% of cellulite cases occur in women.
Having cellulite doesn't necessarily mean you are overweight, even fit people can have cellulite.
Healthy skin can reduce cellulite appearance, so moisturizing and exfoliating trouble zones can be beneficial. Exposure to sunlight can also help to stimulate collagen to firm the skin, and cellulite tends to be less noticeable on darker skin.
Avoid tight underwear that can constrict blood flow around the butt and thighs since this can speed up cellulite development. Cellulite is also more common in smokers
there are many methods and procedures that claim to remove cellulite, but many of them are ineffective or have short term effects. Even liposuction can make cellulite appear worse, since it just removes deep fat and not the fat beneath the skin that cause cellulite.
Eating a healthful balanced diet and exercisiong maybe the best way to reduct the fat content in cells and reduce the appearance of cellulite.
Cardio exercise is very helpful at decreasing fat. Some of the best resistance exercises to stimulate circulation in cellulite prone areas are squats, deadlifts, lunges and hamstring curls. Massage and foam rolling can be beneficial as well!
So don't fear cellulite, the main thing you must do is recognize what exactly it is, and thats deep fat pockets underneath your skin. After you recognize what it is, then you know you must first change your diet, by eating a higher protein and low fat diet. Some popular diets that come to mind are Paleo and the Atkins diet, both place a high emphasis on protein, but also you want to have the right carbs, complex carbs such as whole grains. Once you get your diet down, then its about working out as well, the combination of both gives you your best shot at eliminating all cellulite from your body. You can do it, it just requires a made up mindste to doing it and a daily commitment to getting the work done. Remember everything worth getting in life takes time!
