Side Burners & Why Danver Endorses Their Usage

By Katie Arden

If you pride yourself on being something of a barbecuing enthusiast, chances are that you are familiar with side burners. For those who may not be as familiar with names like Danver, a side burner is a type of addition made to any grill, made for the purpose of additional cooking. In short, it can supplement your culinary endeavors, which is tremendous to say the least. However, for those who require more information before making such an investment, it may be in your best interest to read on.

Seeing as how a side burner can expand one's efforts, in the way of grilling, you may be curious as to what exactly this entails. One of the major perks associated with these items is their ability to keep flavors in during the cooking process. What this means is that anything from bacon and fish to the broadest vegetable medley can be prepared well. No matter how heavy certain foods might be, it would appear as though a side burner could stand as a sound investment.

There are many instances in which a side burner can come into effect, as you'll learn with experience. For example, let's say that you are using your main grill in order to prepare steak, making sure that it is cooked to order. Your side burner, on the other hand, may be utilized in order to prepare the "trimmings," including mushrooms, onions, and various seasonal veggies. In order to create these types of complex meals, a side burner can offer a solid one-two combination.

As you can see, side burners are easily some of the most functional additions that can be made on the culinary front. However, as names like Danver will be able to tell you, these utilities can also be easily integrated into any kitchen. The reason for this is because the side burners in question are reasonably compact, which allows them to take up very little room in the long term. Even if your kitchen does require adjusting, it's not like it will be too much to where you'll be apprehensive about change.

Grilling can be as extensive as you'd like, which is illustrated by the potential addition of a side burner. Its ability to prepare more food, during each and every cookout, cannot be overlooked and I believe that those who like to take part in grilling should make it a point to invest in it. Do you want to expand your culinary efforts in the long term? If this is the case, I have no doubt that a side burner can come into effect, allowing for a greater level of food preparation in the long term.
