For people who are used to eating excessive animal proteins, they risk contracting diseases which might be deadly such as heart attack. These proteins lead to accumulation of fats around the heart and some block the blood veins. This can reduce the rate of blood flow and finally cause a heart attack. Vegetables are helpful in reducing the amount of fat in your body thus reducing the risk of such diseases.

Intoxication is a thing that has recently messed up the lives of many people. Vegetables have a wide range of antioxidants that play a major role in cleaning the blood system. Toxins that accumulate in the body affect blood flow and may be cancerous.
